未满18周岁的申请人申请项目时需填写《监护人保证书/GUARANTEE STATEMENT》，并在网上申请时与护照信息页合并上传提交。

Applicants under the age of 18 are required to fill out the “监护人保证书/GUARANTEE STATEMENT” when applying for the program, and must merge and upload it together with the passport information page during the online application submission.
